Room Rates

Room rates include an afternoon snack and a multi-course breakfast. Rooms can accommodate two people. A fee of $35 is added for a third person. Rates vary according to season. Week-day rates are lower than week-end rates. Each room is air-conditioned and has its own cable TV.

  Hanlon Room Queen-size bed $145- $185

  Isabella Room Queen-size bed $135- $155

  Artists' Wing1 Queen-size bed $120 -$125

  Artists' Wing 2 2 Twin beds $120- $125

We require a full deposit for a 1-night stay and a 50% deposit for longer stays.

  Cancellation Policy

Our small number of rooms necessitates the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation 2 weeks prior to reservation, you receive a FULL refund.

2. Cancellation up to 1 week prior to reservation, you receive a 50% refund.

3. Cancellation LESS than 1 week prior to reservation, NO REFUND.

(Arriving after your confirmed reservation date/departing earlier than your confirmed departure date is considered a cancellation and subject to our cancellation policy.)
