Reservation Policy

Check-in is between 3:00 and 7:00 PM.  Check-in after 7:00 PM by special arrangement and is an additional $35. 

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Please note our cancellation policy. Our small number of rooms requires the following policy:

You will be charged for the full cost of the reservation with 24hours from the time the reservation is made. $35/room/night is non-refundable for processing fees if reservation is cancelled for any reason at any time.

During the months of May-October, a Friday and/or Saturday night booking is non-refundable.

During the months of November-April (For Fridays & Saturdays) and ALL days Sunday-Thursday throughout the year;

Cancellation received 2 weeks prior to reservation, you receive a FULL refund.Cancellation received up to 1 week prior to reservation, you receive a 50% refund.Cancellation received LESS than 1 week prior to reservation, NO REFUND is given.

(Arrival later than confirmed reservation date/time, departure earlier than confirmed reservation date or no-shows are considered to be a cancellation and are subject to our above cancellation policy of full payment for reservation with NO REFUND.)

On-Site Policies

Alcohol Policy - Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Smoking Policy - The Borland House is Non-Smoking. A $200 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the Inn.

Damages - Any damages incured by a guest to rooms or Borlnd House property will be charged to guest, not to exceed $500.

Pets - Service Pets Allowed and Dogs Under 20lbs Allowed. There is an additional Fee of $35/dog/night required for booking room. Dogs are not allowed in rooms unattended. Dogs must be on a leash in public areas. A $250 fine will be charged if pet waste is not disposed of properly on property. See below for additional damage policy that applies to any pet.
